Supporting the organisation through a transitionary period from community group to professional service provider, with the continued aim of placing deaf people in the lead, driving change and equity. Ensuring we are financially secure and have robust partnerships that will make certain of our sustainability into the next decade. Responsible for overseeing strategic planning, ensuring that the organisation defines its goals and evaluates performance against agreed targets, safeguarding the reputation, integrity, and ethics of the organisation.
