What we do
Penny Hall, who is Deaf and is a Lead Cardiac Rehab Instructor, provides Phase 4 classes to all patients in the Mid Sussex/Brighton area, who are referred by the hospitals and we also accept referrals from GP, physios etc.
We offer online sessions as well. Penny would especially like to welcome anyone in the deaf community that have heart related issues and offer support. Get in touch for an initial assessment via zoom in BSL/SSE.
