Then come along to the free Get Active and Healthy session with our Deaf qualified personal trainer, Penny Hall to walk along the seafront and do some gentle exercise! The exercise session will be 60 mins with some yoga at the end.

 

You will also have the opportunity to discuss the following:

 

  • Getting active

  • Reducing health risk

  • Improving muscular and bone strength

  • Bounce ideas on ways to get active etc

  • Using apps to measure progress e.g. count steps
